Karen is our Client Care Coordinator at Estate Planning Centers at May, Johns, & Harkins. In her role, she has quickly expanded her skill set to effectively support both attorneys and paralegals. Karen takes pride in being one of the first points of contact for clients, whether greeting them in person or assisting them over the phone. From scheduling appointments and taking messages to answering general questions, she helps ensure a smooth and welcoming experience as clients begin their journey with EPC.

Karen grew up in Pittsburgh and has spent the last 30 years living in Bellevue. She shares a close bond with her sister, who she proudly calls her best friend. Family means everything to Karen—especially her two nephews and niece, whom she absolutely adores and loves to spoil every chance she gets. When she’s not with family, you can often find her indulging in her favorite pastimes: shopping with friends, some local traveling and enjoying dinners at fancy restaurants.
